Solstice Fundraising
BEFORE A CAMPAIGN OPENS

Clear terms, agreed together.

A school record is created manually by Solstice; creating that record does not enter the school into a fundraising agreement. Campaigns require independent school authority verification and approval by the school and Solstice Fundraising.

Campaign-specific terms

Before selling, each campaign must have approved products, artwork, prices, school earnings rules, taxes, payment procedures, minimum quantities and outcomes, cutoff dates, delivery windows, pickup arrangements, and refund procedures.

Current availability

The public site provides information and sign-in. Demo prices, schools, orders and payments are fictional. Live card checkout, real student enrollment and supplier automation are unavailable. Test student and teacher accounts use fictional records. Supplier purchasing is managed manually by the business.

Customer purchases

A real purchase must display its exact items, total, delivery and pickup information and accepted terms version. These preliminary website notes do not replace the final reviewed customer purchase terms.
