Privacy & access

Schools are added directly by Solstice owners. The site supports owner-managed school setup and isolated fictional test accounts; live card payments and real student enrollment are not open.

Information used here

Owners enter school information, the responsible organization, coordinator contact details, and verification records. There is no public school application form. Do not enter real student or customer information in the practice workspace.

Staff accounts and permissions

Solstice accounts use individual usernames and passwords. Owners additionally configure an authenticator. Existing invited adult staff may continue using ChatGPT sign-in. Permissions are checked on every request. Test accounts cannot access live school or financial records.

Storage and suppliers

The site uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and its database infrastructure. Supplier exports are limited to purchasing and receiving details; student names and customer contacts are excluded by default. We do not collect or store card numbers.

Browser storage

Sign-in uses a protected session cookie. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and authenticator secrets are encrypted. Working forms use temporary browser storage to safely retry interrupted submissions. Private invitation and order links must remain confidential.

Corrections and deletion requests

School staff can open a support case in the workspace. For school information, contact the coordinator or your Solstice representative. We still need to finalize and publish the full operational retention schedule and contact policy before live campaigns open; this notice is not a claim of legal review.
